Our removals team of professional movers are ready to help with your next home move.
We offer three levels of Removals service:
Silver Service:
This is the Self-Pack option. The standard silver service option is that you provide your own packing materials and complete all the packing. Then when moving day rolls round, we arrive and move everything to your new home.
Gold Service:
This is the Fragile Pack option. The standard gold service option is where you pack everything which isn’t fragile using packing materials that you have sourced. Then, when the time comes, we arrive with our packing materials to carefully and efficiently pack your more fragile items. Finally, we load and transport all of your belongings to your new home.
Platinum Service:
This is the Full Pack option. We take care of everything. We provide the packing materials, pack and wrap all your items and dismantle furniture as required. Then we load and transport all of your belongings to your new home.
You can add on packing materials to be included for your move OR we can recommend packing materials and provide you with a discount for Direct Global Services boxes. We can also add on dismantling services to the silver and gold options or quote for dismantling of specific items of furniture.
Unpacking Service:
After all the moving is done and everything is in your new home; let us take care of the unpacking! We will unbox everything, rebuild all furniture (if required), put away where you need it AND take away all the packaging to recycle or reuse. You don’t have to have moved with us to use our unpacking service.

How are the services priced?
We do not have set prices for different sized homes. Each quote is unique and bespoke, based on different criteria. These include:
- Access to property – if we need to navigate stairs or lifts
- Parking locations – can we park close to the entrance of the property
- Distance travelled (commute to your location plus the distances between your properties)
- Garden / Attic / Shed contents
- Total volume of items
